We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

**Domestic Shipping:**
Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
**International Shipping:**
We do not ship internationally at this time.
**Order Tracking:**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
**Lost or Damaged Packages:**
While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier. Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date if you experience any issues.

We want you to love your natural skincare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the criteria outlined below.
**Eligibility for Returns:**
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- **Return Process:**

- Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7 business days. ***Refunds will be issued to the ORIGINAL payment method used at checkout.***
**Exchanges:**
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping fees for exchanged items are the customer's responsibility.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are defective. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., lip balms, creams) are non-returnable once opened.
